NIFA’s 2027 Innovation Expo will take place April 6–8, 2027, at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Lincoln, Nebraska. 

The Innovation Expo is NIFA’s annual conference for housing professionals, community development partners, supportive service providers, builders, developers, lenders, real estate professionals, and other partners working to strengthen communities across Nebraska. 

For over twenty years, this event has been the best way to learn about and discuss current issues, opportunities and innovations, and community development and related fields, all while networking with Nebraska’s changemakers in the affordable housing space.
