The Nebraska Investment Finance Authority (NIFA) places a premium on the importance of maintaining the privacy of your personal and financial information. NIFA has created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate its commitment to privacy practices that protect the confidentiality and security of this information and to disclose to you how we collect and use your personal information. By accessing or using www.nifa.org (the “NIFA Website”), you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please discontinue your use of the NIFA Website.
NIFA’s Use Of Information
Information Collected by NIFA. Of the information we learn about you from your visit to the NIFA Website, we collect the following: the name of the domain and host from which you access the Internet; the Internet protocol address of the host server you are using; the name and version of your Web browser; the date and time you access our site; and, if you came to us through a link from some other website, the Internet address of the website from which you linked to us. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of thirteen (13). The NIFA Website does not specifically target children and is not intended for use by children.
This information is used to measure the number of visitors to different pages on the NIFA Website and to modify the NIFA Website in order to make the NIFA Website more helpful.
