NIFA welcomes the opportunity to work with new lender partners to help us deliver program resources to qualified buyers across the State of Nebraska! All Participating Lenders must first be approved by our Master Servicer, U.S. Bank Home Mortgage. The approval process with U.S. Bank can take up to 30 days to complete.
