We remain committed to supporting effective NIFA programs as well as exploring new avenues of funding and creative partnerships that create a positive, lasting impact on our communities.

Issued $503.59 million bonds to fund loans for low- to moderate-income homebuyers.

Financed 2630 mortgage loans totaling
$538.8 million for homes in 77 counties.

Funded 92 Workforce Housing units
in Nebraska communities.

Participated in over $4.3 million in loans
to finance 1065 acres of ag land.

Trained 147 real estate partners and
1398 lender partners.

Awarded $25000 to Future Farmers of America chapters.

Awarded $213.1 million in Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and Affordable Housing Tax Credits toward the development of 1336 units of affordable rental housing for low-income individuals and families.

Awarded 7 grants in the Housing Study
Grant Program totaling in $60000 with
matching funds of $148000.

Funded 16 affordable rental projects, including 96 special needs units, 266 elderly units, 1022 family units and 376 units in communities impacted by disaster.

Engaged 722 attendees at the 2024 Innovation Expo,
representing 13 states, 55 Nebraska cities
and 47 Nebraska counties.

Monitored 13345 units for LIHTC compliance.
